回水独立循环新工艺在某高硫铜矿的应用研究

摘要 针对某高硫难选铜矿采用强碱优先选铜工艺存在的问题,采用回水独立循环新工艺,可分别获得铜品位18.21%、回收率85.41%的铜精矿,硫品位45.64%、回收率76.29%的硫精矿。新工艺选铜、选硫硫酸用量少,回水对优先选铜系统并无影响,且硫资源得到综合回收,大大减轻了尾矿库库容压力,社会效益和经济效益显著。 A high-sulfur refractory copper ore used strong alkali for preferential copper dressing.Aimed at the problems existed in beneficiation process,a new technology of backwater independent circulation was adopted,which obtained the copper concentrate with copper grade of 18.21% and recovery rate of 85.41%,as well as the sulfur concentrate with sulfur grade of 45.64% and recovery rate of 76.92%.Compared with the old technology,by the new technology,the volume of sulfuric acid could be reduced,the backwater had no influence on the copper dressing system,and the sulfur resources were comprehensively recovered.In a word,the new technology greatly reduced the storage pressure of tailings pond,with prominent social and economic benefit.
