摘要
针对铁山垅钨矿-0.019mm细粒尾矿中WO3含量达0.19%、回收困难的难题,杨坑山选厂在"浓缩-浮选-重选"联合工艺中试验采用悬振选矿机回收摇床尾矿中的微细粒黑钨矿。通过近2年的实验室试验和现场工业试验,一次选别可获得品位为3.28%的钨精矿,钨回收率为43.85%,富集比达19,有效解决了细粒级黑钨矿回收困难的难题,取得了良好的选矿效果。
Aiming at the hard recovery for the-0.019 mm of fine-sized tailings with WO_3 of 0.19% in Tieshanlong tungsten mine,the suspending and vibrating concentrator was used to recover the fine-sized black tungsten from table tailings during enrichment,flotation and reelection in Yangkangshan plant.Through nearly two years of laboratory tests and industrial tests,the tungsten concentrates with grade of3.28%,the tungsten recovery rate of 43.85%,and the enrichment ratio of 19 were obtained by one separation.In conclusion,this concentrator could effectively recover the finesized black tungsten,and achieve good separation effect.
