摘要 在对露天矿调度研究分析的基础上,以量化卡车调度过程中优化因素权重确定优化因素重要性为目的,通过采用层次分析法及其改进模型建立露天矿卡车调度影响因素层次模型的方法,对露天矿卡车调度各层次因素进行权重分析。结果表明:路网条件、作业时间、运输指标对卡车调度过程影响较大,成为优化过程的主要考虑因素;所建立的露天矿卡车调度影响因素层次模型可信度较高,可为露天矿卡车调度研究提供依据和指导。 Based on the research and analysis of dispatching in open-pit mine,the AHP and its improved models were used to establish the hierarchical models of influencing factors on truck dispatching,and to analyze the weight of each hierarchical factor.The purpose was to determine the importance of optimal factors by optimizing the weight of factors during quantifying truck dispatching.The results showed that the network condition,the operation time and the transport indexes had great influence on the truck dispatching process,and need to be mainly considered during the optimization.And the established hierarchical models of influencing factors on truck dispatching had high reliability,which provided basis and guidance for the truck dispatching in open-pit mine.
