摘要
在机场行李分拣系统中,皮带式输送机是一种广泛使用的设备,对输送机电机、变频器的控制通常采用本地控制单元来实现。分析了如何基于ASI总线实现远程、大量输送机的分散控制要求,满足了每台设备单独控制、控制点多、分布广泛、信号传输距离远的要求同时具备良好的开放性和未来可扩展能力。
In the belt conveyor widely used in the airport baggage handling system,control over the conveyor motor and frequency converter is usually achieved through a local control unit. This paper analyzes how decentralized control of a large amount of remote conveyors is realized on the basis of the ASI bus,and how the requirements for separate control of each device,service of a large amount of control points,wide distribution and long distance signal transmission are satisfied. Furthermore,this system has good openness as well as expansion capability in the future.
