摘要
通过对太阳电池板U-I特性的分析研究,对测量数据三次曲面内插,建立了太阳电池板U-I特性在不同时间和条件下的动态模型。研制中采用了MSP430单片机作为模拟器的主控制芯片,用Cuk斩波电路作为主电路拓扑,用MFC工具搭建上位机软件。实验结果显示,该模拟器可以在短时间内模拟太阳电池板一天内的U-I特性变化,具有良好的动态响应能力。该模拟器可以在实验室环境下模拟实际光伏电池阵列输出U-I特性,使用方便、操作简单、具有很强的实用性。
The U-I characteristics of solar panels were analyzed, and taking three curved surface interpolation on measured data, the dynamic models of U-I characteristics of solar panels in different times and conditions were established. MSP430 SCM was adopted as main control chip in the research, and Cuk chopper circuit was taken as the main circuit topology with MFC of VC tool for PC software. The experimental results show that the simulator can simulate the U-I characteristics of solar panels in the day changes within a short time, so it has a good dynamic response capability. The simulator can be provided to simulate the actual output characteristics of PV array in the laboratory, with convenient, simple operation and a strong practical.
