摘要
国家脉冲强磁场科学中心(筹)在国际上首次大规模地将铅酸蓄电池用于脉冲强磁场,该蓄电池型电源由900台12 V/200 Ah的阀控式铅酸蓄电池通过串并联组成770 V/35 k A/2 s的电源系统,初步实现了35.8 T/2 s的长脉冲磁场以及25 T/200 ms/0.01%的高精度平顶磁场,拓宽了科学实验的研究领域。为了提高科学实验的效率、电源系统的安全性以及电池的寿命,专门研制了一套蓄电池性能测试平台。该平台由基于IGBT并联的脉冲放电开关、阻性负载、电压电流测量以及基于Lab VIEW的控制系统等组成,可以实现蓄电池静态和动态性能的测定。试验结果表明该平台运行可靠,满足设计要求。
In Wuhan National High Magnetic Field Center(WHMFC), the lead-acid battery power supply system was developed for the pulsed magnetic field all over the world firstly. This battery power supply system consists of 900 VRLA batteries in series and parallel and can output 770 V/35 k A/2 s. Long pulse high magnetic field up to 35.8 T/2 s and flat-top magnetic field of 25 T/200 ms/0.01% were achieved using the battery system and met the requirement of the more scientific experiment. To improve the efficiency of scientific experiment, the safety of the power supply system and battery life, a battery test platform was developed. It consists of IGBT switch, resistive load, voltage and current measurement device and control system based on Lab VIEW. Static and dynamic performance of battery could be tested using this platform. The primary test results show the platform can operate reliably and meet the design requirements.
