AgO电极孔率与吸碱率的测量及计算方法

摘要 铝银电池用氧化银电极具有多孔结构,其孔率决定了电极的吸碱量进而决定了电极的湿态质量。提出了电极孔率、吸碱率的实验测量方法并根据电极性质提出了计算孔率、吸碱率的公式,进而得出了电极在化成前、化成后和放电后各状态的孔率变化,并对电极动、静态吸碱率进行了分析。所得结论对电极选型、电堆湿态质量控制有较大帮助。 The cathode of Al/AgO battery is porous sliver oxides(AgO)electrode,whose porosity effects the electrolyte absorption bulk density and the wet weight of electrode. Here, a test measurement for porosity and electrolyte absorption bulk density was reported with calculations using equations. The porosity and dynamic/static electrolyte absorption bulk density of AgO electrode in different states were also studied. The results were considered to be useful for electrode selection and wet weight control.
