摘要
当代高校青年教师应有理想信念、有道德情操、有扎实知识、有仁爱之心。以"四有"教师作为自己职业的目标定位,通过树立崇高师志、加强师德建设、增强师技能力和谛视师爱价值四种途径,成长为师德高尚、业务精湛、勇于创新、充满活力的高素质教师。
The contemporary young university teachers should have the ideal faith, moral sentiment, solid knowledge, has the heart of love. Teachers with "four haves" as its professional goal orientation, through sets up the lofty ambition, strengthen ethics construction, strengthen the architect power and scrutinize love value of four kinds of ways, grow up to be noble ethics, business skilled, innovative and dynamic high-quality teachers.
