摘要
目的探讨成分血制备过程中血液报废的原因及预防措施,以便有效的降低血液报废率,充分利用血液资源。方法统计2010-2014年四川省遂宁市中心血站成分科血液报废情况并分析报废原因。结果 2010-2014年共制备各种成分血209 520袋,报废8 241袋,报废率为3.93%,报废血液成分中,主要是冰冻血浆占54.03%,其他依次是新鲜冰冻血浆,全血,冷沉淀。8 241袋血液报废原因中以脂肪血浆为主占99.30%,其次为离心破损、容量不足、凝块、渗漏、颜色异常等。结论四川省遂宁市中心血站成分科血液报废的主要原因是脂肪血浆。
Objective To investigate causes and preventive measures of blood scrap in preparation of blood components so as to effectively reduce the blood scrap rate and fully utilize blood resources. Methods Blood scrap rates in Component Section of Suining Central Blood Bank of Sichuan Province in 2010 to 2014 were calculated,and the causes of blood scrap were analyzed. Results During the period from 2010 to 2014,209 520 bags of various blood components were prepared,and 8 241 bags were scrapped; the scrap rate was 3. 93%. Among scrapped blood components,frozen plasma accounted for 54. 03%,followed by fresh frozen plasma,whole blood and cryoprecipitate. Among the 8 241 bags of scrapped blood,chylemia was the main cause,accounting for 99. 30% and followed by centrifugal damage,clots,low volume,leakage and abnormal color. Conclusion The main cause of blood scrap in Suining Central Blood Bank is chylemia.
