某精神专科医院下呼吸道感染的相关因素分析

Factors Related to Lower Respiratory Infection in a Psychiatric Hospital

目的分析成都市某精神专科医院内科住院患者下呼吸道感染的相关因素,为采取针对性防控措施提供理论依据。方法采用回顾性调查法,以2013-06/2014-03成都市某精神专科医院内科201例住院患者为研究对象,对下呼吸道感染的相关因素进行单因素分析,再对具有统计学意义的因素作进一步Logistic回归分析。结果 Logistic回归显示年龄（OR=2.074,95%CI：1.267~3.394）、病房通风次数（OR=3.972,95%CI：1.461~10.798）、正确吸痰（OR=2.714,95%CI：1.068~6.900）与下呼吸道感染有相关性。结论患者年龄、病房通风次数、正确吸痰是精神专科医院内科住院患者下呼吸道感染的危险因素。

Objective To analyze factors related to lower respiratory infection of inpatients in the Department of Internal Medicine in a psychiatric hospital in Chengdu and provide a theoretical basis for taking prevention and control measures. Methods Following a retrospective investigation,single- factor analysis of factors related to lower respiratory infection in 201 inpatients during the period from June 2013 to March 2014 was conducted,and statistically significant factors were further analyzed by Logistic regression. Results showed that age（ OR = 2. 074,95% CI∶ 1. 267- 3. 394）,frequency of ward ventilation（ OR = 3. 972,95%CI： 1. 461- 10. 798） and correct sputum aspiration（ OR = 2. 714,95% CI∶ 1. 068- 6. 900） were related to lower respiratory infection. Conclusion Age,frequency and correct sputum aspiration are risk factors for lowe respiratory infection in inpatients in Department of Internal Medicine of the psychiatric hospital.
