摘要
钢铁企业能量流网络具有复杂性、层次性、系统性和动态性。能量流网络研究主要面向能源设备、能源介质和能源系统三个对象,针对提高单元设备能效、能量流网络优化构建、能量流网络动态调控三大难题,研发高能效能源网络系统优化设计和能源网络系统高能效优化运行两类关键技术,实现优化能源系统设计和提高系统运行能效两大目标。能量流网络的研究方法主要包括理论分析、数学建模、仿真模拟等。目前,能效诊断评估优化、能量流网络集成优化和能量流网络多介质协同优化已成为能量流网络研究的新热点。钢铁企业能量流网络的发展趋势包括能源利用更加合理、网络构建集成优化、动态调控实时精准、工程应用全面推广。
Energy flow network in iron and steel enterprises possesses complex,hierarchical,systematic and dynamic characteristics. It studies for three objects which are energy equipment,energy media and energy systems,and aiming at three problems which are improving energy efficiency of units,optimize construction and dynamic control of energy flow network. It research for two key technologies which are optimization design and run of efficient energy network,and achieve two goals of optimizing the design of the energy system and improving system running efficiency. The research methods of energy flow network include theoretical analysis,mathematical modeling and simulation,etc. Currently,diagnostic evaluation and optimization of energy efficiency,integrated optimization and multi- media collaborative optimization of energy flow network have become a new research hotspot. The development trend of energy flow network in iron and steel enterprise include energy utilization is more reasonable,energy flow network will build integrated optimization,real- time dynamic control is more accurate and engineering application will be comprehensive promotion.
