With the reference value management way,energy consumption analysis in process or equipment could develop from qualitative to quantitative. Based on the data of quantitative analysis,measure for better energy performance could be made,so it is an effective way to hit the target of high energy efficiency,less energy consumption and pollution by energy management. The reference valve management way is also a valuable supplement to the typical e- p analysis model. It enriched the contents of energy management in iron and steel enterprise as well.
