摘要 通过对蓄热式及换热式轧钢加热炉存在问题的研究,根据两种炉型的优、缺点,寻求解决问题的措施,进而提出蓄热-换热联用轧钢加热炉技术方案,通过该项技术在现场的实施及应用,提高了蓄热式燃烧技术在大型钢铁企业的应用效果,解决了蓄热式加热炉存在的炉膛压力大、调节困难,不适合加热合金钢及冷坯等问题,为蓄热式加热炉的大面积推广应用找到了一条新的途径。 Based on the advantages and shortcomings of two type furnaces,the problems on regenerative reheating furnace and recuperative reheating furnace were researched,the solutions,hence forms regenerative- recuperative reheating technology were found out. The implement and application of the new technology improved the effect of regenerative combustion technology in steel industry,the problems of high pressure,hard to control and not suitable for heating cold slab are solved. A new way for the wider application of regenerative furnace was found.
