摘要
我国烧结工序能耗与国际先进水平还有一些差距。目前国内绝大多数余热发电项目的作业率都未达到设计指标,普遍在设计指标的80%以下,个别机组甚至在30%左右运行。对国内某钢铁企业的环冷机进行改造,分析对比改造前后的运行参数,总结出一种提高烧结余热利用产汽量的途径。
Compared with international advanced level,energy consumption of sintering process in our country has a certain gap. At present,the operation efficiency do not meet the design index in domestic most of the waste heat power generation project,generally the operation efficiency less than 80% of design index,individual unit even running at around 30%. The ring cooling machine in a domestic iron and steel enterprises was transformed. The operation parameters were analyzed and compared,and summed up a approach to improve sintering waste heat utilization rate.
