“The Ternary Structure”Construction and Its Robustness of Higher Education Governance Ability

高等教育治理体系的治理能力具有结构化特征,其能力结构表现出与企业治理、群居动物"治理现象"相似表现,可称之为由适应能力、协调能力与创新能力构成的"三元结构"。具有"分权、开放"特征的高等教育治理模式应当成为高等教育治理过程的首选,该治理模式有利于实现"三元结构"治理能力发展,在实践中还要注意保持治理模式的弹性化,从而有利于该结构的稳健性。

The structural governance ability of higher education is similar to the governance ability of corporate and social animals.Actually,that is consisted of the＂adaptability,coordination and innovation ability＂,which is called＂the ternary structure＂. With the characteristics of decentralization and opening up,the higher education governance model should be the first choice during its governance process. Though this model is beneficial to the development of ＂the ternary structure＂,keeping elasticity could help the robustness of this model.
