摘要
美国残障学生获得大学入学考试特殊服务的资格必须经过申请、初步评估、再次评估、鉴定、建立程序保障机制、制订个人教育计划等六个环节。残障类型与残障程度决定着特殊服务的内容,生理残障学生可以获得考场特殊设置、试卷内容特殊设置、延长考试时间等特殊服务,心理障碍学生可以获得延长考试时间、转换考试形式等特殊服务。美国在大学入学考试中致力于为残障学生提供公平而科学的特殊服务,这对完善我国高考制度具有重要的启示价值。
American handicapped students who have eligibility to acquire special services in college entrance test need to experience six links,which include applying,initial evaluating,re- evaluating,identifying,establishing procedural safeguards mechanism and formulating individualized education program. Handicapped type and degree determine students' special service. Physically handicapped students can obtain special setup of testing room and paper content,acquire extra testing time while mentally handicapped students can get special services of extending testing time and converting testing form. American college entrance test devotes to provision of fair and scientific special services for handicapped students,which can bring enlightenment for perfecting Chinese college entrance examination system.
