比较视域下英国继续教育四维解读——以布罗姆利学院为视角 被引量:2

A Four- dimension Interpretation of Continuing Education in Britain from the Comparative Perspective——Taking Bromley College as Example

摘要 具有优良教育传统的英国尤其重视继续教育的发展,面对多元复杂的生源和多样分类的培养目标,经过长时间的积淀形成了颇具特色和吸引力的继续教育培养模式和学生服务体系。文章选取伦敦布罗姆利学院作为研究范式,详细解读该学院通过多角度保障学生学有所得、多形式服务学生各取所需、多渠道倾听学生主流民意为学生提供个性化的教育教学服务;运用信息化平台全程化、全景式记录学生发展轨迹为学生服务提供精准辅助;在给学生教授真实的职场所需的真实的知识和技能的同时,提供精细化的就业准备指导,力求让每位学习者都获得高质量的在校体验和价值增值。受此启发,提出高职院校要牢固树立服务和成就学生的理念,科学构建评价体系,畅通交流渠道,打造学生工作"数据流",推动学生工作转型升级,促进学生成长成才。 With the excellent educational tradition,the Great Britain has attached particular emphasis on the development of continuing education. Faced with complex and diverse students,various classifications of the training objectives,a distinctive and attractive continuing education training mode and the student service system are developed after a long period of time. Selecting Bromley College( London) as a research paradigm,the paper is intended to realize the following purposes: 1) to make a detailed interpretation of personalized education and teaching services offered in the way of ensuring students to learn from multiple forms,serving students to get what they need from multiple service channels,and setting ears to students' mainstream public opinions; 2) to explore and provide accurate assistance by the way of making full use of the information platform to completely and to record panoramically the students' development; 3) to introduce knowledge and skills needed in the real workplace and provide the guidance for employment,so as to enable every learner with access to high quality school experience and added value. Therefore,higher vocational colleges in China should firmly establish the concept of serving students and making students high achievers,scientifically build evaluation systems in smooth communication,forge a students "data flow",push forward the transformation,upgrade of student work,and promote the growth of students.
