摘要
高校辅导员职业生涯规划主体在于对阶段性发展目标科学明确,从而使职业能力发展呈现出阶段性提升之势。同时能为高校辅导员总结性目标的实现提供良好的发展前提,为辅导员社会功能性、社会引导性、社会导向性作用的全面提升形成促进。以此为基础,针对发展性目标构成要素进行全面分析,从中总结职业生涯规划中辅导员社会意识形态引导、社会责任意识导向、社会价值观念优化等三个方面作为辅导员职业能力提升的重要发展性要素,推动高校辅导员职业能力社会化发展方向更为明确。总之,高校辅导员职业生涯规划应立足阶段性与总结性目标,对发展性目标构成因素形成不断的深层探索,为满足辅导员职业能力发展提供源源不断的发展动力。
The career planning for college counselor provides scientific and clear development goals,thus making sure their professional capabilities be improved in stages accordingly. It can also provide a good precondition for the realization of their summative purpose,and promote their social function,social introductory,and social guidance. On this basis,a comprehensive analysis of the elements of development goals is made,from which,it is summarized that in career planning,the guidance of social ideology,social responsibility consciousness and optimization of social values are the three important developmental elements in enhancing the professional capabilities of counselors. This points out a more clear way for improvement of counselors' professional capabilities. In short,the career planning of university counselors should be based on phased objectives and summative objectives and explores the constituent elements of development goals deeply and continuously,thus providing a steady stream of momentum for new normal development of counselors' professional capabilities.
