摘要
就业导师制作为一种新的大学生导师制度,是基于高校就业问题解决建立的,不过据目前的运行状况来看,还存在很多不足的地方,与高校研用双型人才培养模式的要求相差很多。有鉴于此,我国高校务必要主动按照研用双型人才培养模式的要求,以研用双型人才培养为目标,注重就业导师的选拔与素质提升,拓展就业导师工作的内容,整合就业导师工作的方式与平台,营造好就业导师工作的环境和氛围,注重就业导师工作绩效的考核与督导,不断完善研用双型人才培养模式下就业导师制度,以此提高大学生就业求职的理论水平与实际水平。
Employment tutorial system is a new system,based on solving the employment problem in universities. However,there are still many shortages,for it can hardly satisfy the requirements of current "research- application type"training model. In this aspect,colleges and universities must follow the requirements of"research- application type"training model,focus on the selection and improvement of tutors,expand tutors' work contents,integrate tutors' style and platform,create good environment and atmosphere,and pay attention to appraisal and supervision in order to consummate employment tutorial system with the purposes to improve the theory and practice level concerning with students' employment.
