现阶段我国普通高中教育功能定位研究

The study on the educational function positioning of general senior high school at the present stage in China

近年来,我国普通高中普及程度得到快速发展,重新审视普通高中教育的功能定位,探索适应我国国情需要,适应全球化、信息科技急速发展的普通高中教育,成为今后教育发展与人力资源开发所面临的紧迫性任务。分析当前我国普通高中教育现状,结合国外高中发展趋势,认为"升学+就业+育人"应是我国现阶段普通高中教育功能的应然选择,"多样+特色"的办学模式应成为普通高中教育发展的形态定位,"生涯规划+指导服务"应成为普通高中为学生提供的必备课程职能。普通高中教育应使学生在此阶段既能完成合格公民基本素养的养成,又能正确规划人生、发展自我。普通高中教育功能最终要实现"育人"的价值追求,回归教育的本质。

In recent years,due to the expansion of the scale of education in senior high school in China,the number of students has increased rapidly.Rethinking present stage of China＇s ordinary high school education function positioning is imperative under the situation.The urgent task the education and human resources development face is to explore a senior high education adapting to China＇s situation,globalization and rapid development of information technology.Based on the analysis of the current situation of high school education and the development of foreign high schools,this paper puts forward the positioning of general high school education：＂entrance＋ employment＋ education＂is the ideal choice of the functions of the general senior high school education;the mode of running a school with ＂diversity ＋ characteristics＂should be the orientation of the educational development and career planning guidance and service should become the necessary curriculum function of ordinary high school,which makes senior high students cultivate qualified citizenship,plan their life career and develop themselves.The educational function of ordinary high school will eventually realize the value pursuit of＂educating people＂and return to the essence of education.
