摘要
学前教育专业硕士的发展在我国处于起步阶段,在人才培养方面存在着学前教育机构没有话语权,培养特色优势不明显,培养过程专业化不强等诸多问题。究其原因,主要是学前教育专业硕士培养的外部调控不够,与幼儿教师任职资格的衔接不畅,层次定位不清,培养目标出现了偏移。为了进一步提高学前教育专业硕士的培养质量,必须建立有效的外部调控机制,实现学前教育专业学位与幼儿教师任职资格之间的互通,推进其与学术型学位之间的等值等价,并加强其专业化建设。
The development of professional master of preschool education is in its initial stage in China,thus many problems are unavoidable,such as preschool education institutions' lack of speaking right,unobvious cultivating advantage and less professional in training process.The main reasons for these are as follows:insufficient external regulations,irrelevant to preschool teachers' qualifications,unclear orientation and deviation in its training target.In order to improve the cultivation quality of professional master of preschool education,following countermeasures should be taken:establishing an effective external control mechanism,realizing the connection between preschool education degree and preschool teachers' qualification,advancing the equivalence between professional degree and academic degree as well as strengthening its professional construction.
