摘要 切削加工残余应力是零件疲劳强度的重要影响因素,因此对残余应力的研究具有很大的实际指导作用。文章根据热—弹塑性有限元理论,在DEFORM-3D中建立铝合金7075的三维有限元模型,对车削加工表面残余应力进行分析,得到不同切削用量和前角对表面残余应力的影响规律。结果表明:在切削用量和前角一定变化范围内,工件表面在切削方向主要产生残余压应力;在进给方向主要产生残余拉应力,随着距表面层深度的增加,残余拉应力逐渐变为残余压应力。 Cutting induced residual stresses are important influencing factors for fatigue strength of parts, so the study of residual stress has great practical guidance. According to the thermal-elastic-plastic finite element theory, the three-dimensional finite element model of aluminum alloy 7075 is established based on the DEFORM-3D , and residual stresses on the turning processing surface are calculated. Influence rule of residu- al stresses on the machined surface are obtained when different cutting parameters and rake angles are used. The results show that, within a certain change of the cutting parameters and the rake angles, the main surface residual stress in the cutting direction is compressive stress , the main stress in the direction of feed is tensile stress and with the increase of the distance from surface layer, the residual tensile stress changes to residual compressive stress gradually.
