摘要 发动机是摩托车的重要部件之一,是摩托车的"心脏",其加工及装配等精度直接决定整车的性能与品质。文章针对某摩托车发动机缸体三面七孔的加工精度要求,通过分析其结构特点及技术难点,确定了三面七孔的加工工艺方案,并依据工艺方案制定了工件的定位及夹紧方案,最后对专用夹具的结构及工作原理做了说明。设计的夹具在发动机缸体生产线上的实际应用表明,缸体三面七孔的各项精度均达到或超过企业的技术要求,缸体的生产节拍为40s/件,实际年生产能力约为32万件。 The engine is one of the important parts of a motorcycle,which is a motorcycle " heart",so its processing and assembly precision directly determines the performance and quality of the vehicle. In this paper,aimed at the machining accuracy of a motorcycle engine block seven holes on three sides,by analyzing its structural characteristics and technical difficulties,the processing scheme of seven holes on three sides was determined,and workpiece positioning and clamping scheme were developed on the basis of process scheme,finally the structure and working principle of special fixtures were made instructions. Through the practical application of the designed fixture in the engine block production line,the accuracy of the cylinder seven holes on three sides have reached or exceeded the technical requirements of the enterprise,the cylinder tact is 40 s / piece,and the actual annual production capacity reaches about 320,000 member.
