摘要
对汽车曲面参数化造型进行优化,可提高汽车外观造型优化设计的质量。由于汽车造型曲面参数有多种,如有一个参数发生变化,汽车曲面造型容易发生变化。采用传统的方法对汽车曲面参数化造型设计时,主要通过建立车身曲面数学模型实现的,忽略了曲面参数之间的关联,导致设计误差大的问题。提出采用B样条理论的汽车曲面参数化造型设计方法。首先建立汽车车身曲面数学模型,依据给定的车身曲面型值点和边界条件反求出汽车车身曲面的特征网格点矩阵,其次,计算出汽车车身曲面的所有特征网格顶点,最后利用自由变形技术,将汽车曲面参数三维模型的六面体空间分配到固定的网格参数坐标,通过调整控制点促使模型产生变形效果,有效的实现汽车曲面参数化造型优化设计。仿真结果表明,改进的汽车曲面参数化造型设计方法有效的提升了汽车造型设计的效率。
A design method for the surface parametric modeling of automobile by adopting B spline theory is proposed.First of all,the mathematical model of automobile body surface is established.On the basis of the data point of automobile body surface and boundary conditions,the point matrix of characteristics mesh of the automobile body surface is inversely solved.Secondly,all vertices of characteristic mesh of the automobile body surface are calculated.Finally,using the technique of free-form deformation,the hexahedral spaces of the three-dimensional model of the automobile surface parameters are assigned to the fixed mesh parameter coordinate.By adjusting the control points,the deformation effect of the model is promoted,and the optimum design of surface parametric modeling of automobile is effectively achieved.The simulation results show that the improved design method for the surface parametric modeling of automobile can effectively enhance the efficiency of automobile modeling design.
