针对近年来某公司发生的锅炉四管部位泄露后无法追查到原材料供应商问题,提出并实施蛇形管制造主要流程质量控制方法,设计了进行追溯控制的一整套相关可追溯控制表式,使各主要工序制造和检验均可进行追溯,从而提高了操作人员和检验人员的工作质量和责任性,为谁制造谁负责,谁失控追究谁的质量考核提供了充分依据。

According to the leakage of coiled tube in the company in recent years which is unable to track down the raw material suppliers,put forward the quality control method of coiled tube manufacture,designed a set of sheets of traceability management,result in the traceability of all the manufacturing process and inspection,improving the quality of work and responsibility of the staff,providing the basis for the assessment.
