摘要
针对一种新型重构-等效啁啾技术的分布反馈式(DFB)激光器阵列芯片封装的特点,研制并测试输出波长范围为1 310~1 319nm的可调谐激光器,以1 310nm窗口波段光通信为研究对象,使用PC机和微处理器(MCU)通信实现激光器阵列波长调谐。研究结果表明,该系统可应用于1 310nm波段的密集波分复用(DWDM)系统并且能够保持50GHz间隔0.01nm的波长精度。
Aiming at the characteristics of array chip encapsulation for a new distributed feedback(DFB)laser with a new reconstruction-equivalent-chirp technology,this paper develops and tests a tunable laser with the wavelength range from 1 310 nm to 1 319 nm,taking the laser communication of 1 310 nm window wave band as the study object,uses the personal computer(PC)and micro controller unit(MCU)communication to realize laser array wavelength tune.The study results show that this system can be applied to dense wavelength division multiplexing(DWDM)system at 1 310 nm and can keep the wavelength accuracy within the range of 0.01 nm in 50 GHz.
