摘要
针对一种应用于宇航设备的自动电平控制电路开展了最坏情况分析,建立了各电路模型并提取了分析参数,根据温度环境和辐射环境,采用极值分析法分析并计算了控制阈值及控制精度。结果表明,温度范围内器件参数的变化对系统输出功率影响较大,而辐照条件下运放参数的恶化对系统输出功率的影响则相对较小。
Aiming at an auto-level-control(ALC)circuit used in the aerospace equipments,this paper performs the worst-case-analysis(WCA),builds each circuit model and abstracts the analysis parameters,according to the temperature environment and radiation environment,analyzes and calculates the control threshold value and control accuracy by using extremum analytical method.Results show that the change of device parameters affects the system output power more obviously in the temperature range,moreover the deterioration of operational amplifier parameters affects the system output power relatively small in the irradiation condition.
