摘要
介绍了某战术数据链测试设备的系统和整机要求,详细阐述了机箱、整机模块、托架等结构设计思路与方法。通过模块化、小型化的结构形式,提高设备可维修性,在保障结构强度的同时减小了设备体积,降低了设备重量。并对测试设备进行热仿真分析和减振设计,确保设备满足环境适应性要求。
This paper introduces the system and overall unit demand of a certain tactical data link test equipment,elaborates the structure design thought and method of the machine box,overall unit module,bracket,etc.,improves the maintainability of the equipment by means of the structure mode of modularization and miniaturization,which reduces the volume and weight of the equipment while ensuring the structure strength.The thermal simulation analysis and anti-vibration design are also performed to the test equipment in order to guarantee the equipment meet environmental adaptability requirement.
