摘要
随着人类开发海洋空间资源的推进,海洋生态系统运行状况愈加恶劣。以围填海研究为出发点,构建其对海洋生态系统影响评价指标体系,并全面梳理相关研究成果和国家标准,确立各评价指标的三级标准临界值,运用基于熵值和层次分析的模糊物元模型,对胶州湾1986年、2000年、2010年围填海造成的海洋生态系统损害进行评价,证实围填海工程规模与海洋生态系统恶化存在显著相关关系,且随着时间推移,围填海活动造成的生态累积效应愈加明显。
With the developing scale of the marine space resources using,the operation of the marine ecosystem is even worse. Takes reclamation research present situation as a starting point,constructs a impact evaluation index system of the reclamation on marine ecosystem,and reviews the related research results and national standards,establishes the third class criteria of each evaluation index,based on fuzzy matter-element model,evaluates the marine ecosystem damages caused by reclamation in Jiaozhou Bay in 1986,2000 and 2010,confirms that the scales of reclamation projects and the deterioration of marine ecosystem have a significant correlation,and finds out that with the passage of time,the ecological accumulation effects are more obvious,and the ecological and economic losses continue to increase.
