Study on Innovative Ideological and Political Work in the State-owned Forest Farm——A Case Study of Songxi State-owned Forest Farm

如何做好新形势下国有林场的思想政治工作是当前林业工作面临的重要任务。本文以松溪国有林场为例,从观念创新、管理创新、内容形式创新、文化创新、激励保障机制创新5个方面,阐述了思想政治工作创新对美丽林场建设的助力作用。

In the new situations, an important task the present forestry work faces is to effectively carry out the ideological and political work in the state-owned forest farm. In this paper a case study was made of Songxi State-owned Forest Farm and the promoting role the ideological and political work played in the beautiful forest farm construction was elaborated from5 aspects including the idea innovation, management innovation, content form innovation, cultural innovation and incentive safeguard mechanism.
