摘要
高职院校教师绩效评价盲从普通本科院校,其评价体系未能体现高等职业教育对教师职业发展的要求,评价结果的客观性、公正性、权威性往往受到教师质疑,对促进高职院校教师职业发展的作用极为有限。建立一套适应现代职业教育发展、具有高职院校教师特点、适合高职院校教师的绩效评价体系具有重大的现实意义。
Teachers' performance evaluation of most higher vocational colleges blindly followed the ordinary undergraduate colleges and universities and failed to reflect the requirements of teachers ' professional development of the higher vocational education. the objectivity impartiality and authority of the evaluation result are often subject to teachers ' questioning, and its role to promote teachers' professional development of higher vocational colleges is very limited. It is of great practical significance to establish a set of teachers' performance evaluation system which adapts to the development and teachers ' characteristics of higher vocational college and is suitable for higher vocational college teachers.
