中小投资者人数过亿,教育任务十分艰巨,但是教育部门和证券监管部门对中小投资者教育缺乏充分认识、规划与引导。为了使中小投资者教育与其他类型教育合理衔接,既需要政府部门引导、规划与组织,又需要中小投资者自身树立和践行终身学习理念。通过师资、课程和教学方式的合理衔接,中小投资者可以打破了学习的时空限制,持续性地提升技能。

The number of small investors is more than one hundred million, and their education task is very difficult,but education department and the securities regulator lack full understanding,planning and guidance of small investors education. In order to get reasonable cohesion of the small investor education and education of other types investor,it needs government guidance,planning and organization,and it also needs small investors themselves to set up and practice the concept of life-long study. Small investors can broke the limit of time and space to learn, continues to improve skills through reasonable cohesion of teachers,curriculum and teaching methods.
