远缘杂交蚕性状快速纯合选拔方法

Rapid Purification and Selection for Distant Hybridization Silkworm

根据远缘杂交蚕的同一世代不同发育时期的卵色、幼虫斑纹、幼虫血色、茧丝颜色、蛾体色等性状表现多次纯化选拔,提高表型性状纯合效率。利用蚕形态性状与实用经济性状的相关关系,间接促进远缘杂交蚕经济性状纯合,为远缘杂交育种提供借鉴。

Based on the traits such as egg color,larva stripes,larva blood color,silk color and moth color at different growth periods of same generation of distant hybrid silkworms,purification and selection were conducted several times so as to improve the homozygous efficiency of phenotypic character.The correlation between morphological character and practical economic traits was used to indirectly promote the economic traits purification of distant hybrid silkworm in order to provide a reference for the breeding of distant hybrid silkworm.
