摘要
目的探讨FYVE-CENT和Ki-67抗原在原发性肝癌中表达的意义及其关系。方法采用免疫组织化学法检测50例原发性肝癌及其癌旁和8例正常肝组织中FYVE-CENT和Ki-67表达情况。结果肝癌、癌旁及正常肝脏组织中FYVE-CENT阳性表达率分别为52.0%、78.0%和100.0%,肝癌中FYVE-CENT的阳性表达率明显低于癌旁和肝脏组织,差异均有统计学意义(χ2=7.429,χ2=6.551,P<0.0167)。而Ki-67在三者中的阳性表达率分别是68.0%、42.0%和0,肝癌中Ki-67的阳性表达率显著高于癌旁及肝脏组织(χ2=6.828,P<0.0167;P=0.000)。肝癌组织中,FYVE-CENT和Ki-67的表达呈负相关(r=-0.316,P<0.05)。结论 FYVE-CENT的低表达和Ki-67的高表达与肝癌的发生发展密切相关,在肝癌发展过程中起重要作用。
Objective To investigate the expression of FYVE- CENT and Ki- 67,and reveal their relationship in hepatocellular carcinoma( HCC). Methods En Vision immunohistochemical technique was performed to detect the expression of FYVE- CENT and Ki- 67 in 50 HCC tissues and adjacent non- tumorous tissues( NT) and 8 cases of normal liver tissues. Results In HCC and NT and normal liver tissues,the positive expression rate of FYVE- CENT was 52. 0%,78. 0% and 100. 0%,and that of Ki- 67 was 68. 0%,42. 0% and 0,respectively. The expression of FYVE- CENT in HCC was lower than that in NT and normal liver tissues( χ^2= 7. 429,χ^2= 6. 551,P〈 0. 0167). However,the expression of Ki- 67 in HCC was higher than that in NT and normal liver tissues( χ^2= 6. 828,P〈 0. 0167; P = 0. 000). The expression of FYVE- CENT and Ki- 67 were negative correlation with significant difference( r =- 0. 316,P〈0. 05). Conclusion Down- regulation of FYVE- CENT and up- regulation of Ki- 67 may play a pivotal role in the tumorigenesis and development of HCC.
