摘要
目的探讨影响CO_2激光联合5-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法治疗尖锐湿疣疗效及术后疼痛和水肿的因素。方法 CO_2激光除去显性疣体后,即刻使用5-氨基酮戊酸光动力治疗,每周1次,连续3次。采用混合线性模型统计方法分析影响术后疼痛强度及水肿时间的因素。结果尖锐湿疣的治愈率为92.5%。混合线性模型统计分析发现:术后疼痛强度随治疗次数增加而增强,学历在本科以下、睡眠质量好者疼痛强度低;女性患者水肿时间较男性长。结论 CO_2激光联合5-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法治疗尖锐湿疣疗效好。影响术后疼痛强度的因素包括学历、睡眠和治疗次数,影响水肿的因素仅有性别。
Objective To explore the efficacy and factors of pain and edema after the treatment with CO2 laser com- bined with 5 - aminolaevulinie acid photodynamic therapy for Condyloma Acuminate. Methods The visible warts were re- moved first by CO2 laser, and then immediately treated with photodynamic therapy which was repeated every week for a total of 3 times. Mixed Linear Model was employed to analyze the factor influencing the degree of pain and time of edema. Results The healing rate was 92. 5%. With the increasing number of treatment, the pain intensity increased. The patient with low education and good sleep had lower pain. The time of edema in the female patients was longer than in the male patients. Conclusion The treatment with COs laser and photodynamic therapy for Condyloma Acuminate may produce positive effects. The factors influencing pain intensity are the number of treatment, education and sleep, while gender is the only factor influ- encing the time of edema.
