医务志愿服务探索与实践——以北京清华长庚医院志愿服务工作队为例

Exploration and Practice of Medical Voluntary Service——Take Beijing Volunteer Service Team of Tsinghua Chang Gung Memorial Hospital as an Example

医务志愿服务是医学人文的重要组成部分,也是当下医疗机构着力发展的重要板块之一。结合欧美、港台等地的发展经验,大陆多家医院积极探索本土化运作模式。北京清华长庚医院在借鉴台湾长庚体系医务志愿服务经验的基础上,充分结合社会环境与社区背景,已形成较为规范完善的医务志愿服务管理体系与丰富全面的服务模式。

Medical voluntary service is not only a major component of medical humanity but also one of the major parts which many medical institutions spare no effort to develop. Several hospitals in China's Mainland positively explore the n- ative operation mode in combination with experience from Europe, America, Hongkong, Taiwan and etc. Beijing Qinghua Chang Gung Memorial Hospital has formed a comparatively normative and complete medical voluntary service management system and rich, comprehensive service mode with reference to the basis of medical voluntary service＇s experience and in ade- quate combination with community environment and background.
