摘要 目的分析公立医院医疗设备维修保障能力,明确下一步工作重点,旨在提高医疗设备经济效益。方法以中山大学附属第一医院东院医疗设备维修保障过程为背景,利用Extend Sim仿真软件和数学方法进行建模与应用分析。结果医疗设备平均故障间隔时间(Mean Time Between Failure,MTBF)为38 h时,医疗设备管理成本最低,经济效益最大。结论中山大学附属第一医院东院医疗设备MTBF为10 h,远小于38 h,故通过重视医疗设备预防性维护、强化单设备经济效益分析和加强医疗设备信息化使用管理来增加东院医疗设备MTBF成为下一步工作重点。 Objective Through analysis of medical equipment maintenance and support capacity in public hospitals, make sure the next step of work to improve the economic efficiency of medical equipment. Methods Based on the medical e- quipment maintenance and support of the eastern hospital of the First Affiliated Hospital, Sun Yat - sen University, the simu- lation software of ExtendSim and mathematical method were used in modeling and applied analysis. Results The cost of medical equipment management was the lowest and the economic benefit of medical equipment was maximized when the Mean Time Between Failure (MTBF) was 38 h. Conclusion The medical equipment's MTBF of the Eastern Hospital of the First Affiliated Hospital, Sun Yat -sen University is 10h, far less than 38h. Therefore, increasing the MTBF of medical equipment becomes the focus of the next step of work by attaching importance to the preventive maintenance of medical equipment as well as improving the analysis of the economic benefit of the single equipment and strengthening the management of medical equip- ment information management in the hospital.
