我国护理学专业本科毕业生胜任力现状分析

The level of nursing graduates' competency in China

目的调查护理学专业本科毕业生胜任力现状,为护理学专业本科教育针对胜任力的培养提供参考依据。方法采用护理学专业本科毕业生胜任力自评问卷对国内8所医学院校的527名护理学专业本科毕业生进行调查。结果护理学专业本科毕业生的胜任力总分为(3.03±0.40)分,处于较高水平;学校、参加学术活动、选择护理学专业的原因及毕业后意向不同,护理学专业本科毕业生的胜任力也不同。结论各护理学专业本科院校应加强护生临床护理护理能力的培养,积极开展以胜任力为基础的人才培养模式改革。

Objective To investigate the level of nursing graduates＇competency in China and provide reference for baccalaureate nursing education focused on competency. Methods Totally,527 nursing graduates in 8 medical schools were investigated by using self- assessment questionnaire of nursing graduates＂ competency. Results The average score of nursing graduates＇competency was （3.03 ± 0.40） which was higher than the medium level. The difference of numing schools ,attendance of nursing academic activities, reason for choosing nursing and choices of nursing careers would influence nursing graduates competency. Conclusion All nursing schools should promote the training of clinical nursing abilities and reform the training model of nursing baccalaureate students.
