神经内科护理工时和护理人力合理配置的研究 被引量:15

摘要 目的探讨神经内科各专业组护理工作量,实现护理人力资源在神经内科合理配置。方法在6个神经内科专业组中,采用自我记录法测量122项护理项目工时;借助医院信息系统获取2014年各护理项目频次;计算神经内科及各专业组患者人均日护理时数和理论床护比。结果神经内科各专业组患者人均日护理时数及床护比不同(P<0.05),脑血管病患者人均日护理总时数(198.16±1.94)min和理论床护比(1:0.81)最高,癫癎专业组最低,神经内科平均床护比为1:0.66。结论神经内科各专业组需要配置护士数量不同,应根据收治疾病种类优化神经内科护理人力配置。 Objective To measure the nursing workload of specialty groups in neurological department,so as to allocate the nursing manpower resources rea- sonably. Methods In the 6 specialty groups of neurological department,122 nursing items were measured using self - documenting,and their con'esponding fre- quencies in 2014 were calculated by hospital information system. The nursing hours per patient day (NHPPD) and the bed - to - nurse ratio of all different specialty groups were calculated respectively. Results In neurological department,the bed - to - nurse ratio and the NHPPD of specialty groups were statistically significant ( P 〈 0.05). The NHPFD was ( 198.16 ± 1.94) rain and the bed - to - nurse ratio was ( 1 : 0.81 ) of cerebrovascular disease specialty group were the highest,and the epilepsy specialty group was the lowest. The average bed - to - nurse ratio of neurological wards was 1 : 0.66. Conclusion Different specialty groups require different number of nurses ,the nursing human resources should be allocated according to the characteristics of all specialists.
