摘要
以4-氯苯酚和氯乙酸为原料,经多步合成反应制得了重要中间体5,然后在相转移催化条件下,将其与芳甲酰氯反应,合成出9个新的含苯并咪唑环1,2,4-三唑衍生物6a^6g和7a^7b,并利用IR,1 HNMR和元素分析对其结构进行了表征.
In this paper,nine novel 1,2,4-triazole derivatives containing benzimidazole moiety(6a-6g and 7a-7b)were synthesized by the reaction of intermediate 5 and substituted benzoyl chloride under the condition of phase transfer catalysis.Their structures were characterized by IR,1 HNMR and elemental analysis.
