摘要
在乒乓球运动中,正手攻球或正手拉弧圈球技术是得分的主要手段,也是乒乓球运动的核心技术.运动员在比赛中完成挥拍击球动作时身体总是处于不稳定、甚至是失去重心的状态,其"核心区"肌群对调节身体平衡、控制身体稳定性以及提高击球的命中率十分重要.本研究采用对比实验方法对乒乓球正手击球技术的"核心区"肌群参与情况进行了sEMG测试,发现"核心区"肌群的放电量大于上肢肌群与下肢肌群,其"核心区"肌群参与度高,对提高正手击球的稳定性有着重要意义.
In table tennis matches,both forehand technique and loop drive technique are the main means of scoring as well as the core skill of table tennis.Table tennis players,in many cases,are required to hit the ball in an unstable state and off balance.Therefore,"core area"muscle group is very important for table tennis players to adjust their balance,control their stability and improve their hit rate.Throngh the analysis on sEMG and the comparative experiments,and the study fonnd that the contribution of"core area"muscle group discharges more lightning than upper and lower limb muscles.Therefore,the"core area"muscle group has great significance in improving stability of forehand hit.
