摘要 针对"多规合一"规划编制参与部门多、协调过程复杂,往往存在多次"阶段成果上报-专业技术审查-审查意见下达"循环联动的特点,基于Arc GIS Server10和Arc Engine10,分别开发了B/S、C/S架构的多规合一成果审查管理系统,该系统不仅支持Word、Excel等常用文档成果的审查,而且支持矢量空间图形的数据审查,并先后应用于广州市、宁夏回族自治区、佛山市南海区等地的"三规合一"或"多规合一"规划编制过程,应用实践表明,系统能较好地辅助技术审查人员对"多规合一"阶段成果进行资料的完整性、成果的规范性、内容的合理性审查等。 Multi-plan-coordination has characteristics such as many participating departments and complex processes,it needs multiple cycles of "stage results reporting-professional technical reviewing-review comments issuing". By using Arc GIS Server10 and Arc Engine10,the B/S and C/S architecture of the product checking management information system is developed. This system can help investigators to check not only Word/Excel documents but also vector space graphical data,and has been applied to Guangzhou,Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region,Nanhai district of Foshan city,and so on. The application results show that this system can help investigators to check the data integrity, product specifications, content rationality,and so on.
