摘要
随着我国经济步入"新常态"的发展阶段,人力资源管理标准化是推动企业持续健康发展的重要保障,如何健全人力资源管理标准体系建设也已经成为社会关注的重点。本文通过对国内外人力资源管理标准体系的建设现状进行梳理,针对目前存在的问题和不足,为我国未来发展人力资源管理标准体系建设提出针对建议。
The management of human resource is becoming the important safeguard to promote the development of enterprises with stepping into the ＂new normal＂ development stage. How to improve the human resource management standardization has been the focus of social concern. The paper introduces and analyzes the human resource management standards system, proposing some suggestions to perfect the standards system based on the existing problems.
