立体定向神经导航系统中图像注册标记物的研制

Development of imaging registered maker for stereotactic neurosurgical navigation system

摘要 目的制作新型的神经导航系统图像注册标记物。方法在塑料底座的中心孔上压嵌一含有不同模态囊液的标记点球作为研制品,现行的标记物作为标准品,分别在CT和MR多序列扫描成像上,测量它们的CT值和相对MR信号强度。结果 CT/MR型研制品的密度和信号强度均明显高于标准品。结论研制品优于标准品。 Objective To develop a new type of imaging registered maker for neuronavigation system.Methods Maker ball which contained fluid with different models was used to constitute the research product,and each marker ball was set on the centric hole of plastic base.Current marker was considered as the standards.The CT value and relative MR signal intensity of them were respectively measured in CT images and various MR sequences.Results The density and signal intensity of CT and MR research products were significantly higher than that of standards.Conclusion Research products were better than standards.
