“国培计划”的示范引领作用价值研究——以河南师范大学“国培计划”中小学骨干教师素质提高计划培训项目为例

中小学骨干教师培训是国家教师教育中的一项重要工作,也是促进教师专业化的重要途径。文章介绍了河南师范大学近五年承办"国培计划"中小学骨干教师素质提高计划培训项目和"国培计划"示范性综合改革骨干教师能力提升高端研修项目培训任务,努力提升参培学员的教学理论素养、教育教学能力和研究能力,在返岗后充分发挥好"种子"和"领头雁"的示范引领和辐射作用,对"国培计划"、"省培计划"等培训项目可持续发展进行了有效的探索研究。

Primary and Secondary School Teachers＂ Training is an important work in national teacher education, and an important way to promote the professionalization of teachers. This article describes that Henan Normal Universityhas hosted the Primary and Secondary School teachers＂ quality improvement training programs in ＂National Training Plan＂ and the exemplary and comprehensive reform in ＂National Training Plan＂ to enhance the high-capacity of backbone teachers in the past five years. The purpose of the paper is to strive to enhance the theoretical teaching knowledge, teaching capacity and research capacity of students participating in the training, and make them give full play to the exemplary and leading role as ＂seed＂ and ＂lead goose＂ after returning to the post. In addition, it explores the sustainable development of the ＂National Training Plan＂, ＂Provincial Training Plan＂ and other training programs.
