高职文秘职业核心能力构成要素探析

当前,我国高职教育更多地强调专业核心能力的培养,而忽视了职业核心能力的培养。学界对于职业核心能力的阐述有着较为一致的看法,但具体到某一个专业(如文秘专业职业核心能力),却有着较大的差异,甚至出现认识误区。文章试图从基本核心能力、拓展核心能力及延伸核心能力三方面对文秘专业职业核心能力的内涵、构成进行研究,以期构建合理课程体系和实践教学体系,培养符合社会需求的高端技能文秘人才。

At present, higher vocational education in our country put more emphasis on the cultivation of professional core ability while it ignores the cultivation of occupational core ability. Scholars have a more consistent view on the exposition of occupational core ability. However, when they discuss some specific major like secretary major, they always hold different opinions and even have misunderstandings. This paper attempts to study the connotation and structure of occupational key ability of secretary major from the perspectives of basic core ability and expanded core ability and extension core ability with an aim to constructing reasonable curriculum system and practice teaching system and cultivating high-end skill secretary talents who meet social needs.
