摘要
国内高校酒店管理专业普遍把《酒店前厅服务与管理》作为专业核心课程来开设,并在教学过程中不断引入新的教学手段或资源,以期实现理论联系实际、工学结合的课程建设目标。本文针对酒店前厅部人才需求情况进行深入分析,从而提出《酒店前厅服务与管理》课程优化的建议和对策。
Hotel management majors indomestic colleges and Universities generally put the course of Service and Management of Hotel Front Office as a professional core courses to open, and constantly introduce new teaching means or resources in the teaching process, in order to realize the link between theory and practice and the course construction goal of combining learning and work. According to the deep analysis of talents demand in hotel front office, the paper puts forwards suggestions and countermeasures to optimize the course of Service and Management of Hotel Front Office.
