摘要
分析了目前食品工程领域全日制专业学位研究生培养过程中出现的目标不明确、脱离食品企业实际、第二导师作用不强、实践创新能力培养中"职业性"不强等问题。以黑龙江八一农垦大学为例,探索了立足协同创新平台的校所、校企协同培养食品工程硕士的PPT协同培养模式,提高了食品工程领域全日制专业学位研究生的培养质量。
Some problems which appeared in the training of food engineering field full-time professional degree graduate such as training target was not clear and out of food enterprise practice, the function of second tutor played minor role and the professional of practice and innovation ability training was not strong, were analysed. Heilongjiang Bayi Agricultural University was taken an example, the PPT model of training professional degree graduate was explored, based on university-enterprise and university-institute cooperative innovation platforms. Therefore, the quality of full-time professional degree graduate in field of food engineering was improved.
