电磁技术用于骨质疏松症治疗的动物实验研究 被引量:7

摘要 笔者系统地研究了电磁场对卵巢切除诱导骨质疏松大鼠的治疗作用。实验中 ,8月龄的SD雌性大鼠被施以卵巢切除术或伪手术。卵巢切除的大鼠被分为 2组 :对照组和电磁场组。采用的电磁场频率是 2Hz,15 3Hz和 75Hz。结果显示经电磁场治疗卵巢切除大鼠的骨密度明显高于对照组 ,并改善了其生物力学性能。透射电子显微镜给出了脱钙后骨基质的超微结构。另外 ,我们还比较了不同骨组织的力学特性和微结构 ,并讨论了对这种基于电磁技术的治疗方式的可能治疗机理。 The influence of electromagnetic fields on osteoporotic rats was studied.In the experiment, eight\|month\|old Sprague\|Dawley female rats were ovariectomized(OVX) or sham\|operated(Sham).The OVX rats were divided into 2 groups:a control group and a group treated with electromagnetic fields(EMF).The frequencies adopted were 2 Hz,15.3 Hz and 75 Hz.The results showed that the bone density in the ovariectomized rats treated with electromagnetic fields was significantly higher than that in the control group while the mechanical properties were improved.Transmission electron microscopy provided a sight into the ultrastructure of the tissues.The mechanical properties and ultrastructure of bone tissues between different groups were compared and the possible mechanism of treatment by electromagnetic technology is discussed.\;
