注重公共精神塑造强 化实践教学环节——西北师范大学公共管理人才培养的探索与实践

随着社会的进步和发展,社会事务日益增多和繁杂,对公共管理人才提出了更高的要求和挑战,为了适应社会对公共管理人才的需求,西北师范大学社会发展与公共管理学院在公共管理人才培养上创新了思路,提出了具有特色的注重公共精神塑造,强化实践教学环节的公共管理人才培养模式。

With the progress and development of the society and the increasingly complex administrative and social practice, the higher demand and challenge has been put forward for public administration talents. In order to meet the need of modern era for qualified public administrative talents, The School of Social Development and Public Administration at Northwest Normal University brings forward some innovative thoughts and measures on the training of mode of the talents majoring in public management which focuses on shaping their public spirit and enhances the practice arrangement in education plan.
